I have a confession...I never wear a nude lipstick. But it doesn't mean I'm not willing to try! To get a nude lip for me, I just exfoliate and then throw on some chapstick and a shiny lipgloss

I don't often do nude-nude, but I'm very good at finding lipsticks very close in color to my lips... I have and really like the YSL Rouge Volupte Shine in "Nude in Private" - although I know that YSL scent isn't everyone's cup of tea. I also got a lot of mileage out of Viva Glam V.

I don't have very many nude lippies at all and I don't know if lip lacquer counts but it's def. my favourite, the Nars Lip Lacquer in Chelsea Girls is this perfect nude pink colour. Hello there! Ok so in terms of MY favorite nude lip look, I'd honestly have to say I'd go with Estee Lauder in Pure color in Barely nude, linked below. I like it because it has a hint of warmth but it's not.... concealer colored. It's creamy, but a bit dry so it's a matte finish.

ReplyDeleteNudes have a tendency to wash me out, so I tend to go with something super sheer or with a slight shimmer, so when I want to go nude I reach for either Revlon's Lip Butter in Creme Brulee or MAC Viva Glam V (it's brown enough to look sort of nude on me without making me look sick).
