Happy Monday! After so much snow the past few weeks, it looks like it may be getting a bit warmer this coming week and I am so excited. Even a few degrees makes a huge difference. As soon as the temps hit the 60's and 70's in spring it feels so warm, but when the temps hit the 60's and 70's in the summer it feels so cold. Anyone else think this? Stan and I went on a vacation a few years ago to Palm Springs in the middle of January. It was in the 20's when we left our house and in the 70's when we landed. It felt like summer and we were running around in tank tops and shorts the entire trip. However, all the locals said it was freezing. LOL It's crazy how the exact same temperature can feel so different in relation to what you are used to at the time.
Did anyone else watch the HBO special about the Adnan Syed case (made popular by the Serial podcast)? It's a 4 part series and part 1 debuted last night. I personally think he is innocent and am interested to see what is revealed in the show. The production company hired private investigators to look into the case again and they will be sharing what they have found in the upcoming episodes. I also fell into a show-hole with the Netflix series
Formula 1: Drive to Survive. I have absolutely no interest in Formula 1 racing and know nothing about it, but the 10 episode documentary was so fascinating! I highly recommend watching it. I've read a string of pretty blah books recently so I have been watching more shows. Hopefully
the book I just started will put me back on a good streak.
