Nothing jazzes up an outfit like a blazer, amiright?! I have been eyeing this one for a long time and decided to grab it during the Shopbop sale. It's a much less expensive version of this Balmain blazer which is absolutely breathtaking. I was worried the strong shoulders would look too 80's but it doesn't at all. And the way it darts in at the waist makes it ultra-flattering.
We took these photos right after I had my hair color touched up for the spring and I can't believe how much lighter it looks in these pics! My hairstylist added a bunch of babylights around my whole head and I love the effect. I still like to keep my roots dark and close to my natural color because I don't have to worry about maintenance. I prefer to let the color grow out naturally and go back in 4-6 months to have it freshened up. I've had some questions about what hair products I use since my hair is color-treated but I have not switched to anything different. I love Kerastase and Ouai products and find they have worked well ever since I began coloring my hair. I do need to add a bit more moisture to my ends however so I alternate between this hair oil and this pricey treatment (but it's so worth it).
After falling in love with this blazer, I went on a serious hunt for all the best statement blazers I could find at every price point. I rounded them up and put them all in the widgets below!
