Tutorial: Easy to Wear 90's Lip Look

The 90's lip trend is still going strong, but I have had a hard time finding a color that works well for me. Most I have tried look too dull, dark, drab or well, frankly they look too 90's. However, as a matte lip fan, I have been interested in this trend but finding a shade that is more wearable and less dramatic. I recently came across this shade from MAC called Mehr and thought it was a slightly more wearable version of the 90's lip look. Here is the full tutorial.
